Responsibilities
Spearhead the collaborative effort within the team to prioritize and address user stories and tasks, driving the incremental delivery of impactful software solutions.
Lead the implementation of cutting-edge features and functionality across the entire tech stack, leveraging React for the frontend and PHP for the backend, to ensure seamless consistency, top-notch performance, and scalable solutions.
Champion the development of clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry-standard coding practices, fostering a culture of excellence within the development team.
Take charge of rigorous code reviews to maintain and elevate code quality, ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of reliability and efficiency.
Execute comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to validate functionality, guaranteeing a robust and error-free end product.

Qualities of a Successful Candidate
Proficiency in React.js and PHP, with a proven track record of implementing features and functionality across the entire tech stack to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and the ability to prioritize and address user stories and tasks within sprint cycles.
Exceptional coding skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry coding standards, ensuring code quality and scalability.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software development principles and practices.
Demonstrated professional experience with React (frontend) and PHP (backend), complemented by proficiency in SQL databases, Git, and RESTful APIs, showcasing practical skills in building robust web applications.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Developer, illustrating a proven ability to deliver successful projects from conception to deployment.
Strong track record of writing clean, testable code and conducting thorough unit and integration testing, ensuring code quality and functionality.
Exceptional teamwork capabilities and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment, coupled with proficiency in Agile development methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
Salary & Benefits
$88,000-$96,000 annual base salary

Our Hiring Process
This position will remain open until filled; online applications will be reviewed weekly. For this position, we are hiring one person to fulfill all duties listed.
Selected candidates will be emailed by our Director of People Operations to schedule initial screenings, which may include providing a sample of your work and experience.
The initial interview will be a virtual meeting with members of the Development team and the Director of People Operations.
Those selected to move on to the second round of virtual interviews will meet other team members, including the CEO.
Based on the competitiveness of the hiring process, a third virtual interview may be scheduled with our CEO or other company stakeholders.
